Medical & Dental History Review
We'll ask about your medical history, current medications, any allergies and your past dental experiences. This helps us tailor care specifically to you and flag anything that might affect treatment.
Complete Oral Exam
Dr. Kim or Dr. Graham will perform a thorough examination of your teeth, gums and soft tissues. We check for cavities, signs of gum disease, bite alignment and screen for oral cancer.
X-Rays & 3D Imaging
Any necessary X-rays are taken to get a full picture of what's happening below the surface. New patients receive complimentary 3D CBCT X-rays included with their first visit.
Professional Cleaning
After your exam, our hygienist performs a thorough teeth cleaning — removing plaque and tartar buildup and polishing your teeth. If gum disease is present, we'll discuss next steps.
Insurance Verification
We'll confirm your insurance benefits and walk you through exactly what's covered before any treatment begins. No surprises on your bill.
