October 9, 2024 I like Osuna Dental Care. They take good care. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Robin, the dental hygienist, cleaned my teeth, and did a good job. Dr. Chris Kim is a very good Dentist,. He tells me the way it is very, honestly and truthfully!! July 1, 2024 I visited the Osuna Dental Care for my dental cleaning. The hygienist, Robin cleaned my teeth, a regular cleaning. She did an excellent job for the cleaning and took four X-rays. She worked hard and thoroughly cleaned my teeth. Dr. Chris Kim did evaluation and made recommendations. I would highly recommend this place. June 27, 2023 I visited the Osuna Dental Care for my dental cleaning. The hygienist, Robin cleaned my teeth, a regular cleaning. She did an excellent job for the cleaning. She took two X-rays as well and found out that one of my tooth has bacteria growing. She prescribed some antibiotics pills. She is the best. She worked hard and thoroughly cleaned my teeth. I would highly recommend this place. Shiv Feb 7, 2023 Visited Osuna Dental for consulting/evaluation with Dr. Chris Kim. He is an excellent dentist, very friendly and told me exactly and honestly what were the problems in my teeth. She did a very good job for the cleaning. She is the best I have ever had. She worked hard and thoroughly cleaned my teeth. I would highly recommend this place. Shiv My wife and I visited Dr. Kim first time. We were impressed!! The Dr. and their staff are very friendly and helpful. We found their prices very reasonable. I also had my teeth cleaned. Rubin, the hygienist was the best I have ever had. She works had and thoroughly cleaned my teeth. I would recommend this place. Subsequent Visits Review #2 Again, on a later date, we visited Dr. Kim for my wife's root canal procedure and then had a crown put in. He explains very well and kept us informed during the procedures. My wife is very sensitive and had persistent tooth ache and jaw pain since root canal. DR. Kim called it TMJ. The staff was very understanding and accommodated her immediately to come back in. Dr. Kim performed some "MAGIC", suggested some medication and pain was much lesser afterwards. It was a big relief! It was an amazing experience. We found Dr. Kim and his staff very friendly and accommodating for our needs. I highly recommend their practice!! Visit on 6/15/2021 Once again, my wife and I visited for teeth cleaning. This time Ms. Caroline did the cleaning. She did a through job and paid attention to details. I am very happy. I’ve been going to this dental practice since July 1996. This week I had a bridge repaired on an emergent basis and went back the next day for a slight adjustment. Then I somehow managed to knock out a crown that was over 25 years old. And was promptly scheduled the next day promptly to have that repaired. I am not a model patient. I didn’t treat my teeth too well in my early years. I’ve been fortunate to have this excellent dental care, the best of my lifetime. Dr. Martinez gently suggested over years that I do some cosmetic work on my front teeth. He was always right and I finally did so in 2011 and boy do I like my smile now! Dr. Kim is a great addition to the practice. My hygienist and favorite dental assistant are fun and top-notch skilled – it is always reassuring to see them. And the front desk staff treat me kindly. I’m just an ordinary guy but I feel like a special patient every time I’m there. This is been a five star dental practice for 25 years! Long before smart phones and reviews. I’m glad I finally got a chance to weigh in! And this week, being assisted by Dr. Kim, Sylvia, Denise and the rest of the staff, adds to a long positive history.

I went in for a crown. When they put the crown in there was excess cement on the side at the tooth. They left it there long enough for it to set. The doctor and the assistant tried to remove it and failed. After a while the doctor walked away and let the assistant try to remove the cement. They let me leave with the cement still stuck between my molar and the tooth with the new crown. I wasn’t able to floss between those two teeth. I went back and asked if there was anything they could do both the doctor and the assistant worked on me for 45 minutes. They finally removed the excess glue so that I would be able to floss between the teeth. So they did fix the issue. But for the second time I walked out of the office and my gums, and my mouth were sore and bleeding.

I was referred to Dr Kim by my sister and brother in law. I was very impressed first of all by the fact that I wasn’t kept waiting. My appointment was at 12:00 and they called me back at 12:05. The first person I saw was Madeleine. She was very pleasant and professional. She took my X-rays and tried to make it as easy on me as possible. Since it was my first visit, it required 18 X-rays. I really felt she knew her job and was quite efficient. Then I saw Dr. Chris Kim. He was very cheerful and friendly. I felt very confident and also felt he was very knowledgeable in his work. He looked at my X-rays and told me up front what my options were and what to expect. What impressed me as well was while Dr Kim was finishing up explaining my situation to me, Madeline had gone and explained what procedures I would need to Denise at the front desk. (Who also was very knowledgeable and friendly) She had my insurance information and could tell me immediately what would be covered. That was very important to me and saved me the let work of looking it up myself. All in all I felt very good there. It felt like family. They were all so friendly and caring. I highly recommend giving them your confidence.

About a month ago, I brought my 91 year old mother here for a dental cleaning and check up. The Drs and hygienist are new for her. She's in a wheelchair and not very mobile. Sadly, she was unable to transfer from her wheelchair to the dental chair. However, Beth Ann cleaned her bottom teeth while in her wheelchair. Everyone, including Dr Graham and Dr Kim, we're so patient and very kind and understanding with her. Dr Kim did a checkup and discovered two bad cavities that needed to be pulled. Update: I brought Mom back to Dr Kim to have her two teeth extracted. Again, everybody was so amazing and accommodating. Dr Kim was even able to do all he needed to do while she was still in her wheelchair. These people are amazing and I highly recommend them.

I miss the sweet professionalism of the Northtowne staff. Short encounter with the two ladies at the front desk. When i went for my appt, I commented on the fresh faces hoping to connect with this new team of people. Didn't happen. It was probably a miscommunication but mask lady turned her back to talk to the other just to tell me that my appt was at three. I had 3:20. I thought it was odd when I made the appt so I asked several times to confirm. When I explained and even thought of reaching for my phone to show them, I saw the look in their eyes. Not friendly no graciousness. They were ready to argue that I got it wrong so I smiled and said thank u we're done. All I can say is it was odd. The energy, interaction and atmosphere was too different for me. Good luck to Osuna Dental. I wish u well.

Dr. Graham placed a crown on my upper wisdom tooth, left side. Everything went well for about two months, then the crown fell off! Osuna Dental arranged an appointment for me the very next day to correct the situation. Dr. Graham explained they had used a new adhesive that was not working well. The office had received calls on several crowns that fell off. He used a more reliable and more powerful cement this time. We will see how it goes… Everyone at Osuna dental is wonderful, from the office staff to the dentists and their assistants, as well as the hygienists. My husband and I love working with them and are so happy we found Dr. Kim shortly after moving to Albuquerque 3 years ago.

My first appointment there seemed to be a mix up and I wasn’t called back until 45 minutes after my scheduled time when I asked what was going on and they didn’t end up cleaning my teeth, just gave x-rays and exam. Dr Graham was very kind and personable and made sure to get me in as soon as possible to deal with a minor teeth filling. He completed quickly and painlessly! I was rescheduled over a month later for a teeth cleaning that unfortunately I ended up mixing the date on and missing but the front desk staff was understanding and were able to get me in just a couple hours later the same day. After my appointment with hygienist David, I have completely gotten over the initial issue with first appointment. He was wonderful! Extremely kind, thorough and thoughtful! I moved to this dentist because I no longer live downtown and my old office is too far. I was sad because I really liked my old dentist and hygienist but I have had such a good experience at Osuna that I have zero regrets switching!

I broke a back tooth on Wednesday night. I called Thursday morning and Dr Graham could see me at 11 the same day, an 1 1/2 hour after first calling. I went in and he said I needed a crown and had time to get it done. They made a custom crown and I went back at 3:40 and he put it in. New crown the same day as going in. Amazon is not that good. The dental hygienist are thorough and have given me helpful advice that I use everyday! Example—One of them told me most people have plaque behind their front-bottom teeth (even if they have good dental hygiene) because our saliva sits there, so I start and end my brushing in this area. Since then, I’ve noticed they spent very little time scraping this area than they did prior! Yay for both is us-Haha! I’ve referred a handful of people and all have thanked me profusely.

I showed up at the office of Dr. Chris Kim, without dental insurance, in dire need of dental care. (My two front teeth had suddenly crumbled due to a cavity between them.) Dr. Kim and his staff worked to save my teeth, with two temporary crowns, and I experienced no pain in the process. I am awaiting the permanent crowns but I am so impressed with the temporary crowns. I want to start out by saying thank you to everyone at the office. I can't tell you how many dentists I have seen in the many years of having teeth issues, but I can say that seeing all of them have made me mortified to go to the dentist. But Dr.Kim and the whole staff is beyond amazing. I'm still scared but they definitely help take the edge off. I love how confident (not cocky) Dr.Kim is. He reassured me of everything he was doing and help me decide what was best. I originally went in to get a tooth pulled, after he had everything set up for a extraction. He took a really good look at it and told me he could save it. He rescheduled me to get a crown even though he wasn't making anything on that time slot because he didn't pull the tooth then. About 15 years ago I was very fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Martinez's dental practice. I have a long history of dental problems, so top quality care is essential for me. Year after year, Dr. Martinez and Robin, the hygienist, have provided me with expert care, especially notable for its gentleness. In instances where my needs required additional attention from other professionals, the recommended oral surgeon and periodontist were superior, too. I am extremely grateful to all of these people for my healthier teeth and gums! It's also important to highlight the impeccably professional office staff, Denise and Ashley; everyone is easy to work and communicate with. I recently met Dr. Kim, too, who is now sharing the practice with Dr. Martinez. Welcome, Dr. Kim! Most importantly, in the midst of this pandemic the entire office has presented a clear and confident approach to addressing the threat of Covid-19. During my recent appointment (Jun 2020), I received superlative dental care in an obviously safe and healthy environment. I’ve been going to Dr Martinez for almost 10 years. His office staff are great as are the hygienists! I truly couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. He’s the first dentist that actually listened to me when I told him that I could feel everything after novocaine. He gave me a few more shots and we found I have extra mental (chin) nerves. It decreased a lot of my anxiety surrounding dentists. Dr Kim is new. He’s friendly and seems like a good dentist thus far.

They respect the public health crisis we are experiencing yet know dental emergencies have to be met. My care by Dr. Chris Kim and his assistant Annette yesterday was great, such a relief for my tooth pain/infection situation, and also done with caring attitudes. I have been to many dentists in my lifetime. These are among the top 1%.

Dr. Armijo, his lovely wife Kathy and all of the smart, friendly professionals in the office make going to the Dentist a much more reasonable, calm and manageable experience. Their professionalism and care recently made the replacement of my two front top crowns less scary and practically painless. The crowns are stronger and look better than before, and their state of the art technology helped ensure that the crowns matched my teeth and could be quickly created and installed. The staff are also completely on top of the financial aspect of the business, which helped my make deliberate decisions about what I wanted to have done and to determine how I would pay for the work. I have never had a better experience at the Dentist than I have here.

I've been Ruben's patient since 1988, and once I started a family I brought them as well. In fact, I've been with Ruben so long, when I have dreams involving teeth, his phone number, 884-1989, figures right into the dream! The hygienists tend to stay a long time, too. Dr. Armijo replaced an old silver filling that had deteriorated with a nice tooth colored one. It was the most painless filling I have ever had. The novocain shot was so gentle I barely felt it. They have done bleaching trays and mouth guard for me also. Great work. Danielle, my dental hygienist, is fantastic and so informative. The entire staff is so nice and professional.
